Our Client who is a leading global supplier of technologically innovative utility, construction and mining equipment, with operations, including sales, service, support and manufacturing, throughout the world is looking for an Administration Assistant
to assist with the administrative and clerical support to the branch.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining data base integrity.
- Assisting Payroll processing for employees.
- Personnel & tooling maintenance records kept and maintained.
- Customer RCTI processing to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
- Ensuring purchasing is completed to meet branch requirements.
- Data entry
- Reception and phone enquiries
- Customer Service support
- System and procedural training as required.
Skills and Attributes you bring:
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer literate with competency with Microsoft Office programs
- Sound data entry skills
- Be a self starter and able to work unsupervised and within a team
- Great written and verbal communication with with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Proven previous experience in a similar position
- Experience with SAP payroll administration
Location: Bassendean, WA
3 days per week - flexible with days
Renumeration: $32.73 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
