We are an accounting firm based in Parramatta. Our focus is transforming relationships with our small business clients to secure their financial future. As a Practice Manager, you will ensure the general smooth running of the firm of eight staff. The Position:
We are looking for a dynamic team member to undertake key responsibilities which include:
- Managing internal payroll/HR responsibilities
- Accounting for Company transactions using Xero software
- Accounts payable and receivable
- BAS Reporting for Company
- Updating Company website
- Reasonably tech savvy – you are the initial IT helpdesk port of call
- Reviewing and implementing of new procedures, internal systems and policies
- Assist in the streamlining and development of the firm including new marketing ideas
- Organising staff functions and other fun team events

The successful candidate selection criteria:-
- 3-5 years experience in an office manager role or similar
- Tertiary administration qualifications will be preferred but not essential;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience with Xero would be highly valued;
- Experience within the accounting industry would be a bonus.
This role is part time of 15-22.5 hours per week to be split across 3 - 4 days. Remuneration is commensurate with the level of experience.
