Practice Manager Superstar - Parramatta                             

We are an accounting firm based in Parramatta.  Our focus is transforming relationships with our small business clients to secure their financial future.  As a Practice Manager, you will ensure the general smooth running of the firm of eight staff.  The opportunity exists for the right applicant, if you want to take the lead and make this role your own, then this is the role for you!

The Position:

We are looking for a dynamic team member to undertake key responsibilities which include:

  • Managing internal payroll/HR responsibilities
  • Accounting for Company transactions using Xero software
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • BAS Reporting for Company
  • Updating Company website 
  • Reasonably tech savvy – you are the initial IT helpdesk port of call
  • Reviewing and implementing of new procedures, internal systems and policies 
  • Assist in the streamlining and development of the firm including new marketing ideas
  • Organising staff functions and other fun team events

The successful candidate selection criteria:-

  • 3-5 years experience in an office manager role or similar
  • Tertiary administration qualifications will be preferred but not essential;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Experience with Xero would be highly valued;
  • Experience within the accounting industry would be a bonus.

This role is part time of 15-22.5 hours per week to be split across 3 - 4 days. Remuneration is commensurate with the level of experience.
