Administration Assistant - Business & Human Resources

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team in a part time or full-time position.

Pacific Hills Christian School is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Christian school with 1400 students, located in Dural, in the Hills District of Sydney. The School is part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW. This role will offer general office administrative support as required within our Business and Human Resources functions.

1. Supporting front office and Sick Bay as required
2. Banking and occasional duties
3. Supporting Business Manager and Finance Team
4. Birthday Card assistance
5. Archiving – Document Management
6. HR Administration
7. Group Return to Work Coordination
8. Other duties
