We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant / Customer Service to join an iconic global food brand located in Moorabbin.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for organising and processing customer orders, responding to delivery enquires, responding to consumer enquiries, and liaising with the internal team. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
To be successful in these roles you will be expected to have:
- Experience using SAP
- Strong data entry and Customer Service skills
- Excellent grasp of MS Office suite
- Attention to detail, good communication, and a professional telephone manner
- Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively
This role requires an Immediate Start, with up to 3 months term and potential for extension.
