Based at our Kingsley site, this full-time role reports directly to the Centre Manager and will provide administrative support to our Senior Team.
The successful applicant for this position will need to demonstrate their ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient administration duties are maintained. Being a small team, the role also provides backup support to our Receptionist and Resource Coordinator and will learn the roster, staffing, and ordering processes.
- Provide clerical support to the Centre Manager including filing, writing letters, preparing reports, formatting documents to organisational standard, distribution of agendas and minute taking.
- Assist the coordination of the Human Resources Management processes as requested, including maintaining the employee database and filing system.
- Coordinate Centre Manager’s calendar as required.
- Coordinate end of month documentation requirements for the Centre.
- Assist manager in preparation for performance appraisals.
- Complete archiving processes as per organisational policies.
- Ensure economic and safe uses of resources and equipment.
- Provide relief Receptionist and resource Coordinator duties as required.
- The applicant must hold or be willing to obtain a current police clearance (no older than 6 months) and a current Covid-19 and flu vaccination would be desirable.
