SABE Services Group is a privately owned and operated Queensland business specialising in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of commercial air conditioning and mechanical services systems.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our growing Projects Department.
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for various administration tasks and support to the daily running of our business.
Role responsibilities
- Raising jobs and cost centre details
- Managing project documentation
- Minor purchasing and contractor work orders
- Contract management tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Daily support to the Contracts Administrator and Project Managers
- Maintaining stock delivery information
Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proven administration experience
- Organisation and time-management skills
- Strong self-motivation and a pro-active approach to your work
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience in SimPRO desirable but not essential
