Part-time - Administration role based in Orchard Hills! Your new company Join a well-established state government department as an Administration Assistant based in Orchard Hills. We're currently seeking a strong administrator to help during a busy period on a part-time basis. Your new role
Provide administrative support services, including filing, mail and correspondence management, and document creation and storage.
Update databases and manage records.
Provide customer service and assist with any ad hoc tasks.
Perform data entry into multiple databases.
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years Office administration experience within a busy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of empathy and resilience.
Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
