We are looking for an Administration Assistant who:

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front line communication with clients and stakeholders
- Following up client enquiries and feedback
- Processing bookings using camp specific venue management software
- Issuing invoices and processing feedback forms
- Pre and post booking correspondence
- Maintaining internal program requirements
- Responding to challenges with conscious optimism and creative solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software - MS Office Suite (including Teams and Sharepoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Professional and friendly personality
- A Working with Children (Blue card) is a requirement of the job.
