Total Landscape Redevelopment Service Pty Ltd is a progressive Landscape Company specialising in all aspects of Landscape Construction and has been committed to providing the industry with the most innovative valuable landscape solutions for over the past two decades.
We are looking to add an organised, reliable, self-motivated & outcome orientated Administrative Assistant to our dynamic team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include;
- Liaise with project managers, onsite supervisors & field team for daily reporting
- Preparation of reports for contract divisions using multiple platforms
- Provide admin support to Project Managers, Scheduler & Supervisors
- Liaise with clients within multiple contract divisions
- Assist in the set up and updating of routes within Tree Planting & Watering division
- Schedule training for onsite team members
- Assist in preparation of Safety Documentation
- Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence
- General admin duties
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Min 2 years admin experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with MS Project preferred but not essential
Experience with QGIS preferred but not essential
Excellent time management skills
Self-starter who can work independently
Ability to prioritise tasks
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
Building/Landscape industry experience preferred but not essential.
