Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication skills( both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Ability in computer /manual systems
- Good Time Management skills
- Ability to work as part of a small team and independently in a small office.
- Ability to multitask
- Mature age applicants welcome
Tasks & responsibilities
- General office work
- Data Entry, CRM checking and updates
- Computer work including the use of the Microsoft suite i.e Excel, Word,
- Phone Answering and message taking
- Support Sales Team with invoicing, stock records, showroom appointments. -
- Office filing....all-rounder.
