We are looking for an Administration assistant to join our friendly office team.
JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION
REPORTS TO: MANAGERS
LIAISE WITH: ALL STAFF, SUPPLIERS and SUB-CONTRACTORS (as required)
OTHER AUTHORISED DUTIES:
· Customer Queries - Liaise with Sales
· Mail – sort mail, email and itemise invoices
· Accounts – assist accounts when they are on leave with payroll, accounts receivable and payable
· Quality Accreditation – Help with maintaining and following procedures, policies, documents and records to ensure compliance of QUALITY ISO 9001:2015, ENVIRONMENTAL ISO14001:2015 and HEALTH & SAFETY ISO 45001:2018
· Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
· Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
· Maintain registers for fixed assets
· Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
· Assist with operations with onboarding employees
· Company Details – Maintain to standard.
· Phone Duties – Answer and record enquiries and pass on relevant information
· Fatigue Management – Assist where applicable with paperwork.
