What this job involves
This role is the face and voice of Phoenix Shopping Centre, dealing with customers, contractors, retailers and staff members. Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi-task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, and enjoys a varied work load.
You will be responsible for:
- Attending to the Reception desk in-person and taking calls promptly, with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times to customers, tenants and contractors
- General administrative office duties as specified by the Centre Manager
- Assisting the Finance Manager and Operations Manager in raising contracts/ purchase orders and creditor invoice payments on MRI, including supplier/vendor setup and modification prior to payments
- Assist the Finance Manager with lease administration including public liability and bank guarantee collection
- Co-ordinate and communicate induction processes on Cm3 and Sine as required for contractors
- Assist with collecting and entering sales and traffic figures from tenants on a monthly basis
- Assist with the administration of any centre marketing/promotion activities
