About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an Administrator Assistant to join our clients team. The position will be a 9 day fortnight for an initial 3-month duration, potential for extension. Looking for someone either residential or open to BIBO or DIDO where camp accommodation will be provided onsite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and facilitate all incoming calls and action requests promptly.
Manage and facilitate customer requests and enquiries over the counter or telephone.
Housekeeping to be kept up to date in the warehouse/store, office and computer system.
In conjunction with the other Admin staff you will facilitate and coordinate all branch administration activities on a daily basis.
Data Entry
Skills & Experience Required:
Coal Board medical S4 (with applicable Position listed & mine site stating Various or Hail Creek)
Standard 11 statement of Attainment or Completion
Manual Drivers license
Hail Creek site induction
