Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in a small family office located in the heart of Double Bay. If you are organized and detail-oriented, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
