Progressive Australian Animal Health company requires a highly motivated and well organised Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate will attend to the following duties but not limited to the below:
- Accounts Payable – Processing of invoices
- Experience in Purchasing and logistics an added advantage
- Data entry
- Weekly reporting
- Filing and archiving of documentation
- Reconciliations
- General administrative duties including answering phones, filing and assisting with customer enquiries
- Ordering office stationery and staff supplies
- Attend to sponsorship requests
- Office all rounder
- Miscellaneous duties as directed by the Administration Manager
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:
- A pleasant, enthusiastic personality
- Recent, relevant working experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Good technical computer skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Ability to communicate well and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work reliably, both autonomously and as part of a team
