Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised workplace.
- Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
