Our growing team of aviation specialists provides support to our clients in the areas of aerodrome design, project management and construction, maintenance, technical inspections and aerodrome surveys, operational readiness, airport security, training, regulatory compliance, audits, and ongoing daily operations.
About the position
AMS has an exciting full-time opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team, based at our head office in Redcliffe. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties, supporting multiple disciplines/departments in the effective delivery of a range of airport related projects including but not limited to quotes, invoicing, travel arrangements and reporting.
About you
- Ability to implement and maintain systems to assist multiple disciplines to provide accurate progress and reporting in accordance with both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Ability to work cooperatively and independently with little supervision
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be proactive, innovative, positive, articulate, and professional
- Deliver outstanding customer service both internally and external
- Site mobilisation and travel arrangement
- Knowledge/Experience with freight processes
- Quoting, Purchasing, Invoicing & Sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Good sense of humor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Business Central/Dynamics 365 software (desirable)
- Experience with Corporate Traveller’s SERKO/SAVI system (desirable)
