Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant join our Port Hedland Branch. This position is offered on a casual basis working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.00pm (flexible hours available). THE ROLE
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for: Reception, office duties and general administration Booking medicals, flights, travel and accommodation Allocating assets and jobs within our bespoke planning system Processing site entry requirements, access and journey management plans Payroll and invoicing support to internal stakeholders Liaising with site and staff via phone, text messages and email Assisting with onboarding and training Raise Purchase Orders for hiring of equipment and assets, when required ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: A valid Australian Drivers Licence Proven experience in similar role and industry is highly desirable
