Our company is a well-known and highly respected construction company specialising in commercial and residential building. We have been experiencing steady growth over the last 12 months and are now looking for an Administration Assistant / Office Allrounder to join our close-knit team.
We are looking for an administration superstar that can hit the ground running.
Ideally, you will have worked for an organisation in the construction space or similar . You will also:
- Have exceptional phone etiquette and good customer service skills.
- Sound computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to assist across all facets of the business
- Able to work as part of a team
- Be able to take direction and work autonomously.
- Excellent work ethic and professional appearance.
- Hard working, organised, punctual, honest and reliable.
- Driver’s Licence and own vehicle.
- Have the ability to work full time, from our head office in Vineyard.
- Construction experience would be highly regarded.
