Our client is a fully independent service provider focused on servicing the Industrial Waste Industry.
They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team in their Burleigh office.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generating and Compliance Reporting
- Workflow Management
- Time sheeting Duties
- Data Entry and data management
- Correspondence to internal and external stakeholders, customers and staff
- General administration tasks
Skills & experience
- Administration and customer service exposure.
- Experience working in a similar position.
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and Chronos
- Uploading Images and Workflow Management Software
On offer for the successful applicant is:
- Monday-Friday
- Working in School Hours (9:00am -3:00pm)
