Administration AssistantPermanent Part Time

  • Part time position - Monday & Tuesday 9am - 5pm (15hrs pw)
  • ASAP start 
  • Days & hours may vary during initial training period
  • Experience in MYOB and EXCEL is ESSENTIAL

The Position 

Our West Perth office is seeking an Administration Assistant to support our team in smooth running of the office as well as finances. 

We pride ourselves on the fact that our team are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, they have an incredible attention to detail, and they calmly and consistently juggle demands and competing priorities. 

The successful candidate will have scope within the business to progress their career if desired. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Front office duties 
  • Managing & directing phone calls 
  • Order and maintain consumables, including office stationery and kitchen supplies 
  • Assist with processing payroll
  • Manage accounts payable including data entry and bank reconciliation within MYOB 
  • General administration and assist Operations Manager with other office tasks 

This rewarding role is within a very successful business and located in a great location with public transport within walking distance. It is also only a short walk to the cafes and shops of Leederville. However, we can offer you a car bay. Check us out.
