Summary of Role
- To provide high level administrative support to all activities at the facility.
- To maintain client systems
- Provide high levels of customer service, problem solving and to show initiative by actively seeking out continuous improvements to the administrative and support of the office.
Competencies and Skills
- Demonstrated ability in word processing, Microsoft office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures, including petty cash
- proven experience in balancing frequent customer service duties such as front service desk with daily administrative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tasks and processes and use feedback as a source of ongoing improvement.
- Ability to maintain self control under stressful and difficult circumstances.
- Well developed written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to contribute as a committed team member for the achievement of common goals
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, show initiative, establish work priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to providing on going high levels of customer service.
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
