Job summary
TFK is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic team for a long-term role. Successful applicant will be a passionate, flexible, friendly, proactive person with strong administration and customer service skills.
You'll be supporting a team of Allied Health professionals including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, Physiotherapists, psychologists and exercise physiologists.
Experience is essential.
Duties include:
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Greeting and scheduling patients politely in a welcoming manner
- Billing appointments using HICAPS including Medicare
- Using scheduling and POS software (Cliniko)
- Attending to emails and various communications in and out of the clinic
- Supporting fellow administration officers
- Providing support to all therapists and clinicians on the day
- General housekeeping duties and day-to-day monitoring of the clinic
- Supporting practice and operations manager

Experience needed
- Have exceptional customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Have Practice software Experience
- Be respectful and courteous at all times
- Have a minimum 12 months experience in a mixed billing Practice reception
- Have excellent multitasking and attentional to detail
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/check
- Current C Class Drivers Licence and suitable vehicle
- Ability to manage a growing clinc
