Due to a period of high growth, our client is looking for a fun, energetic and reliable
casual Administration Assistant to join their team. This will be an immediate start for the right candidate with the potential for a permanent full-time position. The candidate will be a self-motivated and reliable person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of daily administrative and reception duties
- Managing and directing incoming phone calls accordingly
- Preparing documentation and correspondences
- Intermediate level of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain multiple tasks, set and review priorities and meet deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written
- Strong time-management skills
- An ability to work independently but equally as well as part of the Administration Team
- Maintain a high level of strict confidentiality
