We are a small mechanic business located in Belconnen, with over 30 years experience in the industry. We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer and Book keeper to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated experience in Office Administration and Book keeping
- Proficient in MYOB
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English with a confident and friendly manner
- Reliable and strong work ethic, with good time management skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Performing general day to day administration duties
- Accounts payable, data entry and reconciliation
- Work closely with the accountant to prepare for quarterly BAS submissions
- Weekly payroll
- Provide high level of customer service
