We are an environmental treatment company and are leaders in water treatment industry. We have over 35 years’ experience, specializing in oily water treatment. We are well known in the mining, oil & gas, food processing and construction industries. Our equipment is exported all over the world with more than 2500 systems installed. Our systems remove over 60 million litres of oil pollution from the environment every year!

About the Role: 

This is an office based Full Time administrative role, with flexibility on work hours for the right candidate. 

You will be responsible for providing assistance to our Office Manager, Management Team and supporting our team of Engineers.  

  • Creating and sending Supplier purchase orders 
  • Expediting supplier deliveries 
  • Preparing and sending Ultraspin quotations 
  • Updating Customers on order progress 
  • Entering data into our Customer Relationship Manager and our Accounting packages 
  • Preparing standard Company management reports 
  • General administrative support to Ultraspin Management Team 
  • Answering and Transferring phone calls  
  • Greeting all visitors including customers, supplier, and service providers  
  • Calendar and email management  
  • Managing office facilities 
About You: 
  • You have more than 2 years’ experience in an office administration support role. 
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills  
  • A background in organising and maintaining documentation. 
  • High level of working experience and knowledge with Word, Outlook, and Excel 
  • Experience with data entry with Accounting, ERP or CRM systems. Knowledge of packages like Salesforce or SAP B1 would be a major advantage. 
  • You have more than 2 years’ experience interfacing with customers, via phone and email or face to face  
  • Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands, timelines, and standards. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
