We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Teaching and Learning team. This newly created role will be responsible for the administration of tasks related to curriculum, Assessment and Reporting for Bacchus Marsh Grammar.
Reporting to the Deputy Principal, Teaching and Learning, this position will be responsible for:
- Statistics and data analysis
- Curriculum and assessment administration
- Overseeing and coordinating proofing and printing of reports across the school
- Providing support with teaching and learning events, such as parent-teacher interviews and literacy week.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity primarily based at our Maddingley campus, however some travel to our Woodlea Campus will be required. Full time and part time applicants looking for work/life balance are welcome to apply.
The successful applicant will have:
Qualifications/Licences
- Certificate in Office Administration and/or Administration.
- Working with children check (employment card).
- National criminal history check.
Key Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated Experience and Skills
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and issues to manage and meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications with the willingness and desire to adapt to new programs and applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively, establishing rapport and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the school.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in administration positions.
- Experience in education environment.
