We are a very successful, dynamic business seeking an Administration Assistant part time 3 days per week initially to join our growing team. We are specialists in the underground works industry with a strong pipeline of ongoing works.

What will you be doing?
- Preparation of job packs for upcoming works
- Assistance with claim submission for completed works
- Data entry and assistance in roll out of new project management software
- Assist with onboarding new staff and compliance for current staff
- Keeping training and equipment matrix up to date
- Assist with booking staff training and vehicle service
A bit about you:
- Certificate III in Business - desirable
- Driven and ambitious to succeed
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Positive and proactive approach to your day
- Good communication skills and ability to operate in a professional manner
