You will be providing support within the Advanced Hair Studio Administration Department and will be responsible for reviewing internal orders for quality control and approved pricing.
The role requires a total of 10 hours per week and would be best split over two days at 5 hours a day (9.30AM to 2.30PM). The role would therefore suit a parent looking for part time work between school drop off and pick up.
The right candidate will be confident to work as part of a team and also communicate by email and by phone with staff members at other stores around the Australian business from time to time. The candidate will have attention to detail and be organised and timely with completion of standard processes and tasks.
The role is in an office environment within a team who is familiar with your responsibilities and can support and assist you when necessary.
The internal orders checking will be predominately to ensure that orders are at appropriate pricing, discounting has not been exceeded and that full payment has been received for the orders prior to sending out to our supplier for manufacture.
Key skill and competencies
- Experience in Office Administration role
