ABOUT THE POSITION
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administration Assistant, supporting our Property Services team on a permanent full-time basis from our Erina office. Property Services provide technical support and advise on building and infrastructure management across RetireAustralia’s regions in QLD, NSW, and SA. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high level administration support.
Reporting to the National Manager – Property Services, you will work in a collaborative team and be responsible for:
• Review and streamline all administration systems, to include all documentation requirements for all processes.
• Prepare and edit documentation as required, including all correspondence and minutes of meetings when required
• Assist the Property team with the refurbishment process through entering data into the system, producing purchase orders and entering invoices electronically, so that an accurate timeline and tracking system is in place
• Compile and provide asset replacement data for upload to the AMP’s
• Manage supply of stock from direct RA suppliers to the builders
• Follow up Sales, builders and village managers in relation to tracking refurbishment percentage
• Produce RWAFS for all villages from builders quotes
• Co-ordinate redraw of floor plans and upload plans and inclusions to the intranet and NAV
• Build and maintain close working relationships with all clients (internal and external) including the provision of information when requested
• Actively develop and foster strong ongoing supplier relationships
• Support the Property Services team in delivering best in class services to deliver excellence in customer experience
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, participate in pre-employment assessment, verification of identification and qualifications. Additionally, you will have:
1. Demonstrated experience in a similar role
2. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite
3. Experience in working within the retirement industry and advantage but not compulsory
4. Ability to develop strong working relationships within the group
5. Ability to liaise at all levels National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
