The Role:

Do you take pride in exceeding expectations and providing exceptional customer service?

If so, we want to hear from you! This role is all about providing top-notch support across all aspects of our office administration, with a focus on creating a smooth experience for our clients and team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Greeting clients professionally and managing reception duties
• Coordinating staff travel and accommodation arrangements,
• Maintaining office supplies and keeping things organised
• Using enterprise management software to support project administration and data management
• Assisting managers with HR and onboarding of new team members
• Supporting HSQE Coordinator with health, safety, and quality requirements

What you'll bring:

• Experience in customer service (essential)
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with NetSuite Enterprise Management software.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Relevant administration certification
