This role is a hybrid working position with a mix of working from home and in-person with members of the Sydney team.
About You
We are looking for a friendly, well organised and experienced admin assistant.
This role is part-time and would suit someone who is looking to work either 3 full days per week or 4.5-5 hours per day over a 4 or 5 day week. We require the person in this role to be available to come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administrative aspects of our coaching courses including processing registrations, communicating with participants, data entry and creating reports
- Supporting our GCI coaches with administrative tasks
- Assisting our Director of People and Programs with coach workforce planning, coach induction and coordinating Reflective Practice sessions
- Responding to client enquiries
- General office duties including answering the phone, maintaining office supplies and processing mail and courier shipments
We are looking for some one with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Enjoys working with and helping others and being part of a team environment
- Conscientious with attention to detail
- Well spoken with a good phone manner
- Organised and efficient
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Reliable
