Northfields WA is a family-owned Construction, Maintenance and Building company operating primarily in the Goldfields and Perth Metro regions for 28 years.
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to work within our growing Team. This role will answer directly to the Mobilisation & Logistics Team Leader and will work closely with our Operations Manager and Site Supervisors.
Role and Responsibilities:
- This is a Permanent position based in our Head Office in Bassendean
- Hours of work are 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
- Providing support to the Mobilisation & Logistics Team Leader as well as other areas of the business
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Generating reports
- Completing site forms for submission
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Ordering PPE and staff uniforms
- Booking medical and drug and alcohol appointments, scheduling flights and accommodation
- Ordering of office supplies
- Adhoc accounts payable support and other general administration tasks

- High level of commitment to safety
- Ensure agreement and ongoing compliance to; Company Alcohol and illegal substance testing, Fitness for Work policies and agree to submit to random testing/screening at any time whilst Employed by the Company.
- The ability to work as a team player within a dynamic and continuously changing work environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience using WorkflowMax/Xero and Site-Specific Booking Programs – Workflow, BHP
- Safety Awareness on Mine sites, Earthworks, Projects, Plant and Equipment
