We are seeking an experienced part time Administration Assistant to join our small team for a remote Work from Home role. We support flexible work arrangements so that you can juggle the demands that life throws your way.
With a focus on NDIS Service Providers, we are able to develop our knowledge and expertise to provide valuable, industry specific accounting services.
Our clients predominantly use Xero software and we utilise XPM and FYI for our workflow management. Additional team communication occurs via slack and a weekly zoom meeting.
About the Role
The Administration Assistant is a highly valued member of our team who plays a key role in liaising with clients. The duties of the role include:
- Maintaining our client relationship management system and filing system
- Assisting with scheduling client tasks and workflow
- Onboarding new clients
- Lodgement of income tax returns, BASs and IASs
- ASIC Corporate Secretarial services
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as required
About You
Ideally you will have the following attributes:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Self-motivation, flexibility and resourcefulness in getting the job done
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office and confidence with learning new software
