Hawchar’s Panel & Paint is in Maddington, Western Australia. Our repair team is of the highest standards with all work carried out in our spacious, modern, clean & tidy workshop.
An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant for immediate start to assist in the day-to-day running of our busy Vehicle Repair Office. This is a fast-paced environment, and the role is varied with no two days the same.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Reception Duties – Answering Phones, Directing Calls, Greeting customers.
- General Office Duties – Scanning, Filing, Ensuring the office is clean & tidy.
- Data entry
- Accounting – Assist with accounts payable, account receivable, reconciliations, invoicing MYOB Essentials
- Dealing with suppliers & insurance companies.
- Scheduling repair bookings & Quotes.
This is a full-time Office based role and will require strong administration and organization skills.

- Proven administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, highly organized, and well presented.
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with MYOB Essentials
- Intermediate understanding of Adobe Software
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good customer service, including phone manner.
- Able to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Reliable Car and Driver’s License.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
