THE ROLE
Our Conveyancing firm is seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented and customer focused person to be the first point of call for our customers. If you want to join a growing, innovative legal firm, and be the face, voice and first touch point for many our clients, please read on.
Working the hours of 8:15am to 5pm, Monday through to Friday, you will reclaim your nights and weekends and experience a wonderful work/life balance. Your experience in customer service, conveyancing or legal admin will be highly regarded. If you enjoy greeting and responding to clients, multitasking various office administration tasks, and stacking and racking inbound calls, send us your application.
Your typing skills with high accuracy, phone system experience and manner, and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and quick adaption to new systems is necessary for this role. Some knowledge in conveyancing would be highly regarded but is not critical.
