Job description

About the role:

This is a great Casual role with the potential of Fulltime working in a key position for our South Australian operation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. 

Job Requirements

  • Liaising with Customers.
  • Setting up Customer accounts.
  • Invoicing duties.
  • Preparing the files and necessary paperwork for deliveries.
  • Collaborating with the transport team.
  • Data entry duties.
  • Carrying out various reception duties.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Scanning and filing.
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with client relations and customer service.
  • Experience in general administration.
  • Well developed organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities.
