This is a great Casual role with the potential of Fulltime working in a key position for our South Australian operation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Job Requirements
- Liaising with Customers.
- Setting up Customer accounts.
- Invoicing duties.
- Preparing the files and necessary paperwork for deliveries.
- Collaborating with the transport team.
- Data entry duties.
- Carrying out various reception duties.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Scanning and filing.
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with client relations and customer service.
- Experience in general administration.
- Well developed organisational skills.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities.
