We are looking for the best of the best administrator to join our team, based at our depot in Cavan on a full time basis.
Monday to Friday | 9am- 5pm | Full time.
Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Processing inbound/outbound local and interstate paperwork
- Pallet transfer creation
- Runsheet processing/driver debrief
- Data entry
- General customer service
- Freight bookings
Experience preferred (but not essential):
- TMS/WMS Systems
- Freight 2020 TMS
- Willing to learn pallet process
- Transport/Logistics experience - or willing to learn.

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive with a proactive attitude
- Great customer service
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & other computer systems
