Administration / Client Services Officer
Our client, based in the Southport CBD is a boutique consulting services firm within the finance sector. They have a strong reputation and good flow of inbound work, leading to a very bright outlook for the business.
They are now seeking an experienced Administrator / Client Services Officer to join the team in a permanent role supporting daily operations. Whilst this is a full time opportunity, they are also very open to part time with flexible hours that can be negotiated to suit your lifestyle commitments.
Your role will be responsible for providing assistance to the Directors with client project management and administration activities including:
Creation and maintenance of client files
On-boarding of new clients and implementation of processes
Preparation of forms, documents and correspondence
Assisting with the analysis of client financial information
Managing and completing client related tasks
Project management with external stakeholders and third party providers.
It will be highly suited to a person that has come from an accounting or insolvency firm, the banking sector, finance or lending businesses or professional services firms.
We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:
Strong client service and communication skills are a must
High level administrative and IT skills with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skills
The ability to read and understand financial documents;
Attention to detail in collating information and preparing documentation;
Skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite as well as CRM’s
Ideal to have experience in using Xero and/or MYOB.
High organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously in the office
