Based in the western suburbs of Melbourne we have clients across metro Melbourne.
We are currently looking for a full time Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the daily efficient and effective work of the admin team. You will report directly tot he Business Manager. Responsibilties will include;
Administrative assistance to the Director
Accounts / Invoicing
Assistance with payroll
Coordination of admin tasks including rostering
Management of bookings for use of spaces
Organising and assisting with events
Applicants must have;
Minimum 1 year in senior administration role with staff reporting to them
Minimum 1 year experience in using xero
Experience in manageing accounts and invoicing
Experience in the NDIS sector
A positive can do attitude
Drivers license
