Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance administrator at The Electrical Co. Australia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technician's are completing their work to a high standard and meeting our clients needs with respect to service delivery. You will work closely with field technicians and our clients QA team to resolve any raised Quality Assurance issues efficiently, to minimize warranty claims. While also assisting our scheduling team with planning in any return to site warranty works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed Excel reports tracking incoming and out going Quality assurance non-conformities raised by the client.
- Prepare monthly reports and updates on Quality performance and trends to the operational manager.
- Coordinate with field technicians and external stakeholders daily to ensure timely resolution to all QA raised non-conformities from the client.
- Monitor QA issue close out progress and escalate as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Assist the internal scheduling team with overflow work loads as needed.
- Utilize client software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with Tradesman and Client stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Excel and its functions, Salesforce reporting functions and processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar Quality Assurance role in a related service delivery field, but not essential.
