We need an Administration Coordinator to join our team.
About you and the role:
The welcoming face of the business, meeting incoming clients, dealers and salespeople.
Answering incoming calls and directing to the required area.
Accounts receivable and payable reconciliation and invoicing.
Coordinating transport of new machines.
Administration support to staff.
Daily banking reconciliation.
Maintaining new build records and filing
Processing new machine orders.
Administration support to Spare Parts department.
Our workshop is based in Molong, NSW 2866.
