We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic HVAC Service Coordinator / Administration Manager to join our exciting and dynamic work environment. Primary objectives
Reporting to the General Manager the primary purpose of this position is to deliver our Service Coordination and Administration duties to our clients in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
Your experience & style
You will be highly motivated, have initiative and be able to work both independently and in a team environment, as well as communicate effectively with internal and external customers. To be successful with this application you will also have;
- Have the highest degree of Safety awareness
- Experience with Simpro and Xero
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach & demeanor
- A high degree of initiative, take the ownership of issues, and demonstrate a "can do" attitude
- High level time management and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to provide an end to end solution
- The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
