As the Administration Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the property management department, supporting property managers, property owners and tenants and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing tenancy documents;
- Working within trust accounts;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Serving as a secondary contact for clients and tenants;
- Improving workflows to enhance client experiences;
- Collaborating with property managers to maintain operations; and
- Preparing documents for property listings and contracts of sale.
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in an administration or coordination role. You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Console and Realworks;
- A willingness to learn new software programs;
- High levels of attention to detail;
- A team player with a task-driven attitude; and
- Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
