About the Role
Acting as the 'Studio Coordinator', this is a multi-faceted role that plays an integral administration & coordination support across the office. You will provide key support to the Practice Principal, Finance Manager and Studio Manager. In addition to being responsible for collation of documents for submissions & tracking projects, you will occasionally provide Secretarial support to the Directors.
This is a permanent full time position starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday, 100% office based.
Duties
Reporting to the Studio Manager, some of your duties will include:
- Collation of documents and materials to draft fee proposals and tender submissions
- Tracking tender notifications as received and taking client briefs
- Diary, email and meeting management when requested for the Directors
- Office administration wherever requested: answering incoming calls (low volume), organising travel, coordinating mail and looking after incoming visitors
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience with administrative support for tenders, submissions, and proposals - essential
- Previous experience in an Architecture firm or similar (Building, Construction, Interior Design, Real Estate, etc.)
- Previous experience with general office administration duties
- Full working rights in Australia
