Patient Administration Services are looking for a Administration Coordinator – Outpatient Services to join their QEII Hospital team. To coordinate and lead administrative staff within Administration Services ensuring resourcing, performance and capability is maintained and developed in line with business needs. To work collaboratively with the clinical divisions to implement strategies and provide technical advice to ensure that administrative services are aligned with facility and organisational goals.

About the Role
- Manage human and physical resources whilst maintaining budget integrity and ensure decisions are congruent with organisational goals.
- Foster effective working relations and forge strong links with the Service/Unit Managers across the facility.
- Leverage communication, interpersonal and consultative skills to effectively communicate and influence all levels of staff.
- Represent Administration Services at QEII Hospital committees, meetings and working groups relevant to administration functions.
