Position: Casual Tender Coordinator / Administration Officer -This opportunity has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Location: Brisbane CBD
Hours: Monday to Friday- 38-hour week
Purpose of the role:
To provide high level administrative support to the business which will predominately focus on tender support / submissions and ad-hoc administration requirements. You will possess a high-level attention to detail and have demonstrated experience collaborating various pieces of source documentation, creating, formatting and editing organisational documentation.
About you:
Our client is looking for a multi-tasker with a can-do attitude, is flexible, and will go above and beyond to ensure business objectives are met. To be successful you will possess the following key attributes;
- A strong work ethic and able to achieve results with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the construction and engineering sector would be an advantage
- Intermediate / advanced used of MS Office Suite and related software – in particular MS Word (formatting documents) Adobe, PDF Architect, Excel
- Graphic / indesgin skills would be advantageous
- Experience assisting with proposal writing / bid coordination would be advantageous
- Acute attention to detail
- Someone that solves problems and is keen to learn and develop
