Talent Web have partnered with an industry-leading traditional civil engineering firm who specializes in the design and development of master planned communities. The are currently looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The Role
As a successful Administration Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Document Control
- Compile and distribution of construction progress claims certificates
- Coordination and management of office supplies and inventory
- Supporting the Quality Management System Manager
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assisting company directors with scheduling and appointments
- Office Reception and Phones
- Company event planning
- General admin duties around the office
- Location: Spring Hill
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + superannuation
As a successful Administration Coordinator, you will offer:
- Previous experience working in a similar role/legal secretary background
- Current First Aid Certification
- Graphic design skills not required but highly sought after
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Aconex and Adobe desirable but not necessary
