About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a committed full time Admin and General Customer Service Officer to join our Team.
Reporting to the Office Manager the successful Applicant will have sound knowledge of general office administration and have demonstrated experience in the core competencies of the role.
They will possess solid computer skills, the ability to provide consistent high quality Customer Service, common sense and a good sense of humour.
Experience with our in-house accounting package Attache and some general knowledge/ interest in the Natural wellness industry would be beneficial but not essential.
The Core Aspects of the Role are as Follows:
- General Administration, importing/exporting of electronic orders, data entry and invoicing.
- Answering phones and resolving customer queries.
- Support Sales and Management team with general admin tasks
- Managing / collating monthly promotional specials and subsequent monthly credit claims in conjunction with our in house accountant ( training provided)
- Locking/loading monthly promotional specials into internal accounting package where appropriate ( training provided)
- Production of simple digital sales materials if skills allow ( training can be provided).
