WOW Recruitment is seeking a proactive and organised Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our client, the world’s largest provider of global RV experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and purchase orders, and providing excellent Customer Service.
What you will be doing?
- Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on pending matters to ensure timely resolution.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Welcome visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Familiarise yourself with internal systems and tools to streamline administrative processes and customer interactions.
- Managing office space, always ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as they arise.
What do you bring?
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or Customer Service role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work full-time from 9 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday.
